Who is Greg Pinneo?

I am blessed with many great friends and students to engage with. I love all things family, outdoors, and aviation. God has been gracious to this undeserving soldier.

I have been an entrepreneur for over forty-three years. I have only and ever done my own thing every day since I was eighteen. In all those years, I have never left the battle on the arena floor.

I started teaching acquisition, finance, negotiation, and the philosophy of success at Seattle Pacific University at a very young age. This was the entree that opened the door to many opportunities to teach and speak all over the world. My goal has always been disruption that leads to positive change and impact. I believe in living a deliberate life of purpose and passion.

Every year I host a conference in Las Vegas called The All-Star Entrepreneurial Weekend at the Bellagio. Twenty of my students and clients are featured each year. They each deliver an hour presentation on their life and specialty as an entrepreneur. They speak on what is real and raw and current. They have no motive for being there except to connect with others and to give of themselves. There really is no three- day event like this anywhere that I know of. It is awesome.

For those that want to dig into the hard-core nuts and bolts of real estate entrepreneurship, I teach a four-day seminar called Power Players. I am blessed to have had over 1200 students participate in this intensive over the last 15 years. Most of the All-Star presenters shown on the All-Star flyer have been to Power Players. They are a focused bunch of driven entrepreneurs that I feel blessed to know.

Once every few years the Alumni of Power Players treat ourselves to a week away to have fun, learn, and deeply connect. On our last

adventure we went to the Grand Cayman Islands. What an amazing time it was!

The Hangar Steak Alliance started with a few guys connecting at the hangar on our way to a charity golf outing the next day. The feedback from our time together led to the structure we have today. Men gathering trying to help each-other become better men. We have decided to meet twice a year in this effort to connect and hold each other accountable to being better husbands, fathers, businessmen, brothers, and sons. We try to think on how we can make a positive impact together.

My intentional efforts are designed to stir it up in a very positive way. I believe in limitless possibility, entrepreneurial independence, and a life focused on positive impact.

If you take your verse and footprint on the planet seriously, then I want to know you, connect with you, learn from you, and maybe you will want to do the same with me. Call me anytime or send me your thoughts to 206-226-7777 or greg@thecorco.com.
